As a real estate professional, I am a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker with NextRE in PA and a Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate in NJ.  I have been licensed since 1987 and have a legal and computer programming background and have earned an E-Pro designation as a certified internet specialist.  As an active member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors, the Atlantic County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, I believe in giving back to the community by continually updating my skills and staying aprised of what is important in today's real estate market and sharing this information.

According to the 2007 NAR Profile, 84% of buyers use the internet as an information source.  This is why I believe that it is vitally important to provide my clients with as many tools as possible to search for their new home, or to sell their home by using the best media we, literally, have at our fingertips.  My goal is not just providing excellent service to my clients when they buy and/or sell their home, but to form long term relationships that last long after a transaction is over.  I take great pride in the fact that I have sold homes to members of entire families as well as their friends. 

I am qualified to teach First-time Home Buyer workshops for PHFA grants through New Kensington CDC.  Attendees will receive a Certificate of Achievement by attending a 4 hour workshop and must meet with a counselor on a one-on-one basis to qualify for the grant.
